We're serious about having fun.
As night fell in Sydney, a grand event for Chinese and Australian business elites and golf enthusiasts was slowly unfolding. The 2025 Friendship Tournament Awards Gala, jointly organized by the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business Australia Alumni Association and the New South Wales Chapter of the Queensland Golf Association, perfectly blended the business wisdom of "seizing opportunities, understanding principles, and mastering skills" with the competitive spirit of the golf course, becoming the most dazzling highlight of the night.

“"Dear alumni of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in Australia and members of the New South Wales Chapter of the Kunlun Golf Association, good evening!" With these greetings from the male host, Sun Yue, the banquet officially began. When the academic philosophy of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business meets the sporting spirit of the Kunlun Golf Association, this gathering transcends the significance of a typical tournament award ceremony—it is a dialogue between business principles and sports, a collision of wisdom and passion.
The Australian Queensland Golf Association, with its mission to "serve the global Chinese golf community," has built a bridge of communication between Chinese and Australian golf enthusiasts and business elites for many years; while Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business has always adhered to its mission of "cultivating business leaders with a global perspective," and the two share the same ideals. As the female host He Hongjing said: "This is not only the end of a tournament, but also the beginning of a deep connection between two high-quality circles."“

That evening, Mr. Wang Weixian, President of the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business Australia Alumni Association, Mr. Ken Peng, President of the New South Wales Chapter of the Australian Kunlun Golf Association, and many elites from the Chinese and Australian business and golf communities gathered together to witness this grand event.
As a captivating video played, the stunning scenery of the Terrey Hills Golf Club in Sydney, the focused moments of the players' swings, and the interactions on and off the course were all presented, drawing everyone's thoughts back to the intense competition of the day.
