Early spring in the Southern Hemisphere brought us wonderful weather last Sunday (September 28th) – sunny, breezy, and pleasantly warm.
On this wonderful day, the fourth season of the 2025 season at the South Australian Queensland Golf Club was held as scheduled at the scenic The Vines Golf Course. Golfers gathered together because of their shared passion, and the green course was filled with the joyful laughter of old friends reuniting.
The competition officially started at 11:30 a.m.Sunshine, green grass, and figures swinging clubs created a beautiful sporting scene in early spring. However, the "protagonist" of this competition—The Vines' extremely challenging greens—quickly left a deep impression on everyone.
With numerous hidden lines and high speed, every putt was an extreme test of eyesight and feel. Although the greens were "too difficult" for everyone, and putting performances were less than satisfactory, the golfers were not discouraged. Instead, they exchanged ideas and shared knowing smiles during the challenge, enjoying the unique "painful yet joyful" fun of golf, creating a harmonious and joyful atmosphere.
After a series of exciting exchanges, the competition concluded successfully at approximately 4:30 PM.The subsequent awards ceremony was always a moment of excitement and surprise! The organizing committee prepared a wealth of prizes and gifts for this competition, not only to reward the outstanding winners but also to ensure that every participant went home with something wonderful, taking home a piece of the joy and souvenir.
A successful event wouldn't be possible without the support and participation of every golfer. We sincerely thank all the golfers who came to participate; it was your enthusiasm that made this early spring weekend so wonderful and unforgettable.
Joyful times always pass too quickly, but the excitement of Kunlun Club continues. Let's look forward to our next gathering on the green!
